In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1   To register and maintain an Account on kdg89, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kdg89 strictly enforces this minimum-age requirement across all products and services.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or an Indonesian national accessing the Platform from abroad for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform or national self-exclusion register that encompasses kdg89's services.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by kdg89 for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine the applicable laws in your jurisdiction before registering.

2.2   kdg89 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where a Player is found to be underage, the Account will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawal requests will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3.1   Each individual may hold only one Account on the kdg89 Platform. Registering or operating more than one Account — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2   During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name (as it appears on your national identity card or passport), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred banking details. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.

3.3   kdg89 may verify the information provided against third-party data sources and government-issued identification documents. Where discrepancies are identified, kdg89 reserves the right to suspend the Account pending satisfactory resolution.

3.4   Account registration and use is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Creating an Account for professional syndicate betting, arbitrage operations, or any form of third-party commercial gain is strictly prohibited.

4.1   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person.

4.2   You must notify kdg89 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected compromise of your login credentials. kdg89 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to notify us promptly.

4.3   kdg89 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from kdg89 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at the email address listed in Section 16.

4.4   kdg89 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. This feature is available in the Account security settings at no additional cost.

5.1   All deposits on kdg89 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless a Player has set one through the responsible gaming tools available in their Account dashboard.

5.2   kdg89 supports deposits via the following channels:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

5.3   Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. kdg89 does not accept deposits from payment accounts held by third parties. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source account and any associated play will be voided.

5.4   Deposits are typically credited to your kdg89 Account balance in real time. In rare cases involving bank processing delays — particularly during Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Independence Day (17 August), or Nyepi — deposits may take longer to appear. If a deposit does not credit within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your bank transfer receipt or e-wallet transaction reference.

5.5   kdg89 does not impose a fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fee, which is your sole responsibility.

6.1   The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.

6.2   E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) typically complete within 5–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) typically arrive within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during periods of scheduled bank maintenance or unusual volume.

6.3   Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own legal name and matching the name on your kdg89 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.4   kdg89 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively after registration to avoid delays at the time of withdrawal.

6.5   Withdrawal requests submitted while active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding will be placed on hold until the wagering requirement is met or the Player elects to forfeit the Bonus in accordance with Section 8.5.

7.1   The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kdg89 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a glitch are void and will be deducted from your balance.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated live dealer play.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times; using low-risk or hedging betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash while minimising genuine gameplay risk.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures or age-verification controls.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the normal operation of the Platform.

7.2   Where kdg89 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in any Restricted Activity, kdg89 may immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, void any Bonus and associated winnings, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

8.1   kdg89 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Indonesian calendar (including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and 17 August Independence Day events). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general bonus rules.

8.2   All Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, maximum qualifying deposit, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal amount from Bonus-derived winnings will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. In the absence of a specific stated term, the default Wagering Requirement for any Bonus is 30× the Bonus amount.

8.3   Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following game categories contribute to the Wagering Requirement at the rates below:

• Slots (including slot gacor — high-frequency payout slots): 100% contribution.
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution.
• Sportsbook pre-match and in-play bets (minimum odds Rp 1.50 / evens): 100% contribution.

8.4   Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash prior to satisfying the Wagering Requirement, and are valid for use by the Account holder only. kdg89 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus already credited to a Player's Account and subject to an active Wagering Requirement will continue to be governed by the terms in force at the time of crediting.

8.5   A Player may elect to forfeit an active Bonus at any time by contacting support. Upon forfeiture, any Bonus balance and Bonus-derived winnings will be deducted from the Account, and the remaining real-money balance will be freely withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

9.1   All games available on the kdg89 Platform — including slots, live dealer games (Dragon Tiger, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), and sportsbook markets — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing wagers.

9.2   All bets placed on kdg89 are final once confirmed. kdg89 will not cancel or reverse a bet at a Player's request after it has been accepted, except in the following circumstances: (a) the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault; (b) the underlying event is cancelled and the market is voided per the sportsbook's market rules; or (c) a pricing error manifestly inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement is identified.

9.3   Sportsbook rules:

• Markets are offered on BRI Liga 1 (featuring clubs including Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures (including Piala AFF), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup), MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and selected e-sports events (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile).
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets must contain a minimum of three selections. All legs must win for the bet to return a profit; a single voided leg will reduce the accumulator accordingly per standard rules.

11.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. 12.1   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kdg89 excludes all liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server issues, internet connectivity failures, force majeure events, or actions by third-party service providers.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or market data arising from data-feed errors where the error was not caused by kdg89's own negligence.
• Any financial losses arising from your own gambling decisions, including losses incurred during play with a Bonus balance.

12.2   Where kdg89's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3   Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits kdg89's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by kdg89.

13.1   You may close your Account at any time by contacting kdg89 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

13.2   kdg89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• kdg89 has reasonable grounds to believe fraudulent activity has occurred.
• A Player has failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to kdg89.

13.3   Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, kdg89 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus balance and any winnings derived from Restricted Activity, and to withhold the real-money balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

14.1   kdg89 is operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kdg89 holds its operating licence.

14.2   Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

14.3   By registering on kdg89, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. kdg89 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and expressly disclaims liability for any use of the Platform in contravention of local law.

15.1   kdg89 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, kdg89 will provide notice by email to the address registered on your Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days before the amendments take effect.

15.2   Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

15.3   The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at kdg89.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated whenever changes are made.
